Orders received on Monday - Thursday are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
Most orders take 1-2 business days to process. Customer phone numbers must be included with each order.
Please allow 5-7 business days for standard shipping. Please allow for an additional 3 days for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Please note, business days do not include weekends or holidays. During promotional or holiday periods, orders may take a bit longer to process.
GardenHeart Studio is closed on weekends and holidays. Shipping rates for most items are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies, weights may be rounded up to the next unit of measure.
GardenHeart Studio does not ship internationally at this time.
Returns
I will gladly accept returns.
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, no refund or exchange can be offered. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in it‘s original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Sale items are non-refundable.
I will refund return shipping costs if the return is because of an error or defective item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once I receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
